Who Can Recycle?

Everyone in Morristown or Hamblen County has curbside recycling collection! All you have to do is place your recyclables in a blue bag or a container marked with blue ( tie a bag on it or wrap with blue tape) and place on your curb on your selected day. Items will be collected every other week. Make sure to place recyclables separate from trash to make sure there is no confusion.

When Is My Recycle Collection Day?
If you are in Morristown City limits please call KMHB at 586-6422 or Public Work at 585-4658 for your collection day. If you are in Hamblen County then your collection day is the same day as your trash collection day

How Can I Get A Blue Recycle Bin?

The City of Morristown received a grant to purchase some of the blue curbside recycle bins that can be seen in city limits. Those unfortunately have all been distributed and they have started a waiting list. It is unsure when they will be able to receive more but you may contact Public Works at 585-4658 to be placed on the waiting list.
